Dreams: Is There a Difficulty Trophy? Answered

This article is over 4 years old and may contain outdated information

After what seems like the longest wait in history, Dreams has finally arrived on the PS4. An evolution of the level-creation genre made popular by LittleBigPlanet, Dreams allows players to sculpt their own characters and creations. On top of that, Media Molecule’s also thrown in a story mode of sorts, and some players may be wondering if there’s a difficulty trophy in Dreams as a result of this.

Is There a Dreams Difficulty Trophy? Answered

The good news is that, no, there isn’t a Dreams difficulty trophy. There are trophies unlocked by progressing through the Art’s Dreams mode, which is the game’s single-player story mode, so to speak.

On top of that, players will need to reach a Dreamer level of 30, and also reach Rank 3 or higher in a number of different ‘Imp Quests’ to unlock a bunch more of the trophies.

Arguably the trickiest and most ‘difficult’ trophy to get in Dreams is the one that requires players to ‘Collect all Prize Bubbles in Art’s Dream.’ Called ‘Pop all the Bubbles’ this is a gold trophy and is likely the most time-consuming trophy, even if it isn’t that hard to nab for yourself, especially with the help of a guide.

The good news is there are plenty of easy trophies on the list, too. One bronze trophy requires players to simply finish five tutorials, with another earned by following a creator you admire. You can nab another for using every tool in the Creator Mode, and another for customizing your profile page.

In short, Dreams might be the perfect game for trophy hunters, particularly if you’ve got a creative side.

That’s everything you need to know regarding whether or not Dreams has a difficulty trophy. Check out more of our guides for the game below.
