Position is Everything
Dragon Ball Fusion Tips
Dragon Ball Fusions is a turn-based RPG with a bit of positional strategy thrown in for good measure. When you use a melee attack, your character will move beside your target and stay there until their next turn or when you’re moved by an attack. Ki Blasts allow you to move to wherever you want before firing, giving you free reign with positioning. Some Special Moves are triggered from right where you stand (Kamehameha for example). These are all important to note because where you place yourself on the field can either put you in a great spot or leave you in a position where you’re going to get wrecked.
Try to avoid positioning yourself near an edge, too close to an ally, or between two enemies. This will lead to you being caught in crazy combos or, even worse, knocked out of the ring which will set you back quite a bit. When choosing an attack, don’t only focus on damage, focus on where it will leave you and your enemies as well.
