Special Moves Can Increase Your Stats

If you manage to get a KO by Ring Out you will earn Special Moves as a reward. You get a couple for each individual knocked out of the ring and you will see a lot of repeats. Do not ignore the repeats. Each skill can come in multiple rankings and the higher the rank, the more stat bonuses a character gets simply for having that move equipped. You can equip more than one of the same Special Move in Dragon Ball Fusions on a single character (though this does limit your options).
Early on, many of the recruits you find will have only one or two of these powerful abilities, so don’t be afraid to double up to fill up the gaps and boost their abilities. The same goes for your own created character. If you find there is a move you never use but have the opportunity to learn a skill with great stat boosts, use it until you can learn something you will use.
