How Long Donkey Kong: Tropical Freeze Is & How Many Worlds There Are
Donkey Kong: Tropical Freeze may have originally released on the Wii U back in 2014, but it’s making its return to our screens thanks to a lovely remaster for Nintendo Switch. It’ll be down to you to help Donkey Kong and Co. save DK Island from an unseasonable chill, and that, of course, means making your way through plenty of platforming levels. As such, some players may be wondering just how long Donkey Kong: Tropical Freeze is, and how many worlds the game is split over.
Donkey Kong: Tropical Freeze will likely take you anywhere in the region of 10 to 30 hours to complete, depending on your skill level and whether or not you want to see everything the game has to offer. Thanks to the introduction of Funky Kong who has an abundance of powerful abilities that makes progressing that little bit easier, you might even be able to finish it in less than 10 hours if you’re not fussed about collecting all of the puzzle pieces and KONG letters in each level, as well as the occasional Secret Exit tucked away in a level, too.
Tropical Freeze is made up of seven different worlds, each one then broken down into levels. We’ve listed all of the seven different worlds below, and included how many levels make up each one.
How Long Donkey Kong: Tropical Freeze Is
- World 1: Lost Mangroves – Eight levels
