Is There New Game Plus in Detroit Become Human?

Recommended Videos

Detroit Become Human, the next cinematic adventure from Quantic Dream (the creators of Heavy Rain and Beyond Two Souls), arrives on PlayStation 4 this week. The game follows three characters in a futuristic version of Detroit, where androids have become a huge part of everyday life. Since the game is so choice focused, you won’t see everything in one playthrough, with many of the choices having multiple different possible outcomes. However, you may be wondering if there’s any New Game Plus options of any kind.

Since Detroit Become Human is story-focused, there’s no gear to collect, stats to improve, or levels to increase, meaning there’s no need for a traditional New Game Plus. Of course, you can still replay the entire game to see all the cutscenes and make different choices and you get bonus points for seeing all the branching paths, but there’s nothing to carry over from a previous playthrough. Once you play the game once, you can also replay individual chapters from the main menu, allowing you to make different choices and work towards getting all the trophies.

That’s all you need to know about whether there’s New Game Plus in Detroit Become Human. For more on the game, be sure to check out our comprehensive wiki.
