Changing Graphics Settings on PC in Destiny 2
Now that Destiny 2 is finally available on PC, players will be able to fiddle with the graphical settings and adjust it to their liking. As long as their hardware is powerful enough to handle the game’s maximum settings, of course.
To change your settings, hit the Escape button and choose the Settings option. You’ll then want to click on the Video tab to take a look at all of the sliders you can mess around with. We’ve listed all of the available graphics options in the game down below:
- Window Mode
- Resolution
- Vsync
- Field of View
- Screen Bounds
- Brightness
- Graphics Quality
- Anti-Aliasing
- Screen Space Ambient Occlusion
- Texture Anisotropy
- Texture Quality
- Shadow Quality
- Depth of Field
- Environment Detail Distance
- Character Detail Distance
- Foliage Detail Distance
- Foliage Shadows Distance
- Light Shafts
- Motion Blur
- Wind Impulse

If you’re having frame rate issues with the game on your machine, consider tweaking the settings here and lowering the quality to improve the overall performance as well. Your VRAM usage will also be listed at the top of the graphics settings menu.
