How Much Dark Souls Remastered Costs
Dark Souls Remastered takes players back to the gruesome and intimidating beginnings of one of the industry’s most iconic and influential franchises. Thanks to a stable 60fps frame rate and improved lighting and particle effects, the game looks and runs brilliantly. But in terms of new content, this is very much just a straight port with no new modes or features (other than some improved co-operative matchmaking and tiny qualify of life tweaks). If you’re wondering whether that translates to how much Dark Souls Remastered costs, thankfully, that is reflected in its price point.
All versions of the game cost $40 across all platforms.
Contrary to a misprint that originally stated PC players who owned the original Dark Souls Prepare to Die Edition on PC, there is no discounted price to upgrade to Dark Souls Remastered.
There are no steelbook or special editions except for an absurdly expensive Trilogy Collection released in Japan. There are still some left over on Amazon, but you’ll have to shell out a whopping $1,000 for the pleasure. Yeah, probably not worth it…
That’s all you need to know about how much Dark Souls Remastered costs on PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. For more useful information and guides on the game, be sure to search for Twinfinite.
