How to Play Duo Games in Cuisine Royale

Recommended Videos

Cuisine Royale is the latest game to hop onto the battle royale bandwagon, pitting 100 players against one another until only one is left standing. As you may have guessed from its name, however, Cuisine Royale puts a culinary spin on the standard murdering affair. You’ll use a colander as a helmet, use a wok as a makeshift breastplate, and of course, eat a ton of food to heal yourself back up. Like many other battle royale titles, Cuisine Royale has Solo, Duo, and Squad game modes. As you’d expect, the Solo mode pits you on your own against all the other players, Duo seems you team up with another player, and Squad sees teams of four fighting it out against one another. If you’ve got a friend online and you want to check out Cuisine Royale’s Duo game mode together, you may be a little confused on how to do it.

To play a Duos game, simply press the large button on the main menu screen that says ‘Duo,’ and then press the Play button. The game will warn you that you’re playing on your own, and will give you the option to switch to Solo, play on your own and hope the spare space gets filled, or you can exit back to the menu.

In order to play Duo with friends in Cuisine Royale, you’ll need to select the ‘Press to Invite’ option underneath Squad in the top right corner of the main menu screen. From here, type in the username of your friend, and select the Invite option. Then, have them accept the invite, and you should be all set to go.

That’s all you need to know to play Duo games in Cuisine Royale. For more tips, tricks, and information on the game, be sure to search for Twinfinite.
