Defeating Teleporting Enemies

As we mentioned above, you’re never going to hit a teleporting enemy with regular strikes. Instead, to kill teleporting enemies in Battletoads, you’ll need to hold down B to pull off a morph strike.

Alternatively, you can prevent these pesky enemies from teleporting away by sticking them in place. To do this, hold LT and aim towards the enemy’s location and press B. This will then stun the teleporting enemy, giving you a chance to land a few hits in.

The good news is that teleporting enemies do tend to attack less frequently than others, so you won’t need to worry too much about their offensive maneuvers. You’ll still need to beat them in order to clear stages, though. We’d recommend sticking them down so you can quickly get some regular strikes off and clear them out for good.

Outside of that, there’s not a whole lot else you need to know about taking out these teleporting enemies in Battletoads. Just keep your cool and stick ’em in place to put an end to their fiendish ways.
