These loot drops can be found on any random enemy in the game, although it becomes more common when you are fighting at night, or against the more powerful variants of the Infected lying in wait around The City. Simply kill the enemies, and search their bodies for a chance to obtain an Infected Trophy.

There are several rarities as well, which all feeds into the crafting system in Dying Light 2. By going to the various Craftmasters around the world, you can purchase different blueprints that will make your life easier. However, if you truly want to do some real damage, you will need to upgrade said blueprints, and that is where your Infected Trophies come into play.
