Pac-Man
All Easter Eggs We’ve Found So Far in The Crew 2
One of the extraordinary features of The Crew 2 is the flexibility in which you can view the map. It allows you to zoom in so close that you can even go down to the street level and peer in through windows like a lecherous pervert. Which makes it an excellent tool for uncovering Easter eggs, something in which it has in great abundance.
Take, for example, one particular rooftop in downtown Detroit. In regular gameplay sessions, you’d never notice a curious detail to be found up there, but your eye in the sky reveals a nifty reference. There is a circular black structure that bears an uncanny resemblance to everyone’s favorite pill muncher, Pac-Man. You may be thinking that it’s a mere coincidence – the developers could just be fans of pie, after all – until you notice two yellow dots that sit in front of it, a clear indication that this was no oversight.
Citizen Creed

The symbolism isn’t merely linked to just Pac-Man, and in fact, nearly every city in The Crew 2 seems to have at least one of these cheeky images hidden away (including a collection of hedges on a roof in lower San Francisco fashioned to resemble the Triforce). One of the more obvious ones, however, is out in front of the Capitol Building in Washington, D.C., where a city planner has shown their true colors as an anti-Templar activist.
The paths leading through the Capitol Grounds in The Crew 2 make out the shape of the Assassin’s Creed logo, one of Ubisoft’s biggest franchises. Which is cool, but ultimately makes for dreadful ergonomics, leaving a large part of the available space empty and unused. It seems as though we all suffer for not only our own art, but the art of others.
Bigfoot

Should you find yourself driving out through the woods east of Seattle, you may encounter a familiar face, as Bigfoot can be spotted strutting about aimlessly. Just as he was in the first game, the big fella roams around the Northern Cascades, and he’s actually fairly easy to find, as he doesn’t exactly make an effort to conceal himself.
Drive close enough, and he’ll pick up the pace and begin sprinting away at quite an impressive clip. Of course, since this isn’t GTA, attempting to run him down will just result in him bouncing harmlessly off the bonnet, so you’ll just have to settle for a nice photograph if you want to take some proof home with you.
Area 51

Another carryover from the original title, Area 51 sits west of the Grand Canyon, and is the perfect destination for all you conspiracy buffs. There isn’t a lot to see out here, but it’s worth visiting for its most prominent feature; a fenced off UFO that has been waiting there for at least four years now.
And remember: you are here. We are not.
Petrol Station Posters
All Easter Eggs We’ve Found So Far in The Crew 2
Tucked away in Arizona is an unassuming little city named Kingman. Its biggest claim to fame is that it is one of the stops along Route 66, but otherwise you probably would have never heard of it. The Crew 2 didn’t bother to include a lot of other small towns like Northampton, Covington or Philadelphia, so why should we care about Kingman?
The secret lies in a humble petrol station out on the fringes. If you peek in through the window, you will discover that the owners are obviously fond of pop culture, with posters dotting the walls that include Darth Vader and the ‘shut up and take my money’ meme of Futurama fame. It’s a neat and hilarious little detail, but the overthinker in me can’t help but wonder why there’s no actual furniture in there. Straight up, someone may have burgled the place.
Castaway
All Easter Eggs We’ve Found So Far in The Crew 2
Los Angeles is one of the most bustling cities in North America, but it seems as though one fellow has managed to find himself a secluded spot to call his own. Unfortunately for him, it happens to be way out in the middle of the ocean, on a minuscule little island hundreds of miles offshore.
To find him, just head due west from the airport, and you’re sure to find him out there. He’s arranged a slew of rocks to spell out ‘HELP’, but should you actually make your way out there, he’ll just stare blankly at you and never take you up on your offer for salvation. Just goes to show that, even in the worst of situations, you should never get in the car with strangers.
Great Scott!
All Easter Eggs We’ve Found So Far in The Crew 2
This one is a little harrowing, if not for the dire implications for a beloved cinematic character, then for the amount of paradoxes it opens up in the long run. Next time you’re in Cape Cod, take a quick visit to the graveyard (always a fun holiday destination).
There you shall find a headstone that bears the name Emmet Brown, and the date of death September 2nd, 1885. No prizes for guessing the reference there, and though the good Doc apparently never made it back to the future, at the very least, he clearly patented some sort of cloning device, as this name and date appears on every single grave in the cemetery.
That’s all of the Easter eggs we’ve found so far in the game. For more on The Crew 2, be sure to check out our ever-expanding wiki.
