Xenoblade Chronicles 3 features a massive open-world for players to explore. Eventually, you’ll find yourself needing to backtrack to previously visited areas, and it’s just not practical to hoof it the entire way. That’s where the handy fast travel feature comes in.

To fast travel in Xenoblade Chronicles 3, all you need to do is pull up the map, then select the place you want to fast travel to.
Press the X button to bring up the menu, then select the Map option. From here, you can cycle through the different regions you’ve explored, and choose where you want to go. Do note that you can only fast travel to unlocked landmarks, rest spots, and named graves that you’ve discovered.
