- Complete the main story and hit level 50 on your character.

- Take on the quest titled Ealyn’s Request in North Vern to unlock Chaos Dungeons.
- At this point, you’ll be able to run Chaos Dungeons twice a day per character to get rewards, including Disorder Crystals, which drop when you complete a Tier 1 run.
Either the North Vern (Echo) or Rohendel (Phantom) runs will reward you with Disorder Crystals, which can be turned in for extra rewards.
How to Use Them Disorder Crystals
Once you have your Disorder Crystals, head back to Vern Castle and speak with the Chaos Dungeon NPC vendor to purchase more useful items. Listed below are all of the items you can purchase with your Crystals:
- Harmony Shards
- Harmony Leapstones

- Jewelry (Rare to Legendary tiers)
- Engraving Books (Uncommon tier)
Harmony Shards can also be obtained upon completion of a Chaos Dungeon, but considering that you’ll always need more of these to upgrade your current weapons and equipment, it never hurts to purchase extras.
The same goes for the other kinds of equipment and accessories available for purchase; they can drop from Chaos Dungeon runs, but if you’ve hit your cap and haven’t had any luck with your drops, you can always purchase them if you have enough Crystals saved up.
