How to Get Bonus War-Lord Outfit in Guardians of the Galaxy
When you boot the game up the first time, you’ll be asked if you want to link your Square Enix account to the game. Doing so will unlock the War-Lord outfit.
This can be accessed at any time by going into the Settings from the main menu and selecting the ‘Square Enix Members’ option at the bottom of the options.
Fill out your email address and password, confirm you want to connect the accounts and you’ll be all set.
Equipping the War-Lord Outfit
Once you have your bonus outfit, you can equip the new gear by opening the Guardians’ menu with the touchpad/view button, and then select the Guardian who you would like to customize. Press Triangle/Y and then select the outfit from the menu that appears. Simply press X to confirm your choice.
In addition to the bonus gear you have from your pre-order, remember that outfits are scattered fairly generously across lots of different levels in the game. They are indicated by purple little boxes, which are typically found off the beaten path, so make sure you’re exploring every nook and cranny if you’re interested in finding them.
