As the title of the guide suggests, Battletoads’ Mementoads Achievement ties into the level where you encounter the Jercurians; namely, Act II, mission 3, titled “Stumped.”

As you play through the level, you’ll come to a market area with a photo stand, featuring a prop board with a face hole to allow you to take a wacky commemorative photo.

When you find this, head behind the prop board until your face is visible through the cutout portion. Once you do, a button prompt should appear. Press the button, and you should be notified that you’ve successfully supported the planet’s tourism industry, netting you the Mementoads achievement.

As for what completing this task accomplishes in Battletoads, the answer is not much unless you’re an Achievement hound.
