Keeping up what has been a great Summer Heat, EA Sports is releasing some brand new upgrade SBCs. The big one this week is the 88+ guaranteed SBC, which gives you five cards that are all 88 rated or higher. If you’re looking to get some fodder for your club, here’s everything you need to know about how to complete the 88+ Guaranteed SBC in FIFA 20.
It’s definitely a fun SBC this one and it’s not terrible value, especially if you craft towards it. Of course, you’re likely to get the likes of Hugo Lloris and Thomas Partey, but keep your fingers crossed for that FUT Birthday Mbappe.
Coming in at just under 200k, you’re always going to get at least 125k worth of content back, with the cheapest 88 being 25k. Realistically, you’ll make more, even though the cards are untradeable. Here are the 88+ Guaranteed SBC requirements:
82-Rated Squad

How to Complete 88+ Guaranteed SBC in FIFA 20
The 86 rated squad is the only one you really need to think about here. For the mixed squad, just use any 11 random bronze players, and throw in some 83/82/81 rated for the 82 squad, since you only need 40 chemistry.
With how high priced fodder is now, putting high rated squads together is tough. For 86 rated squads, it’s quite useful to use the other upgrade SBCs now. By putting common golds you’re not using into the 85-92 rated SBC, you should have a couple of high rated players quickly for the 86 rated squad.
Even if you just do it a few times and get a couple of players in the high 80s, you’ll just need to throw in some low rated cards and the squad will be set. Only needing 60 chemistry too means you don’t need many links.
There are also no league or nation requirements, so you can throw whatever you link in wherever you like. Getting the high rated players is the only struggle. I’d recommend using the upgrade SBCs rather than just buying the players though.
