In gambling circles, “loaded dice” are dice that are altered so that they are more likely to land on one side over the others, giving players a massive advantage.

In Borderlands 3, the Rear Ender Loaded Dice item acts in a similar way, giving players a bonus to their Luck stat and thus an advantage at getting higher tier loot more often.

Where & How to Get the Loaded Dice Artifact

There are many places you can get the Rear Ender Loaded Dice Artifact. However, we have found that farming a certain legendary enemy yields better results than most.

The Rear Ender Loaded Dice item in Borderlands 3 is best farmed on Athenas by killing an enemy from a Legendary Hunt called the Chupacobratch.

First, when you land on Athenas, follow the main path until you reach the area in the image above.

Once there, activate the checkpoint near the bridge, but do not cross it. Instead, head back and follow the path to the location in the image below.

This is where the Chupacobratch is located and you can easily farm him by killing him, saving and exiting, and re-appearing at the checkpoint from earlier.

Chupacobratch will spawn every single time, so there is no worry that you won’t be able to find him.

While the Rear Ender Loaded Dice Artifact gives the player a massive bonus to their luck stat, giving them a better chance at scoring higher tier loot, there are also some drawbacks.

For starters, the Artifact will give the player -75% health. This is a massive penalty to pay for those that want to use the item to loot some of the hardest bosses in the game.

The Artifact also comes with randomly rolled stats that can range anywhere from shock resistance, reload speed, and more.

It is up to the player to decide whether being more vulnerable is worth the extra loot they will receive when using the item.

Where Else You Can Get the Loaded Dice

Although we suggest you farm the Chupacobratch in order to get the Rear Ender Loaded Dice Artifact, it is not required.

The Rear Ender Loaded Dice Artifact is a World Drop, meaning that it can drop from any legendary enemy in the game. This means that bosses and other tough enemies have a chance at dropping it as well.

However, by farming Chupacobratch in particular, you have an easier route to get back to the enemy and eliminate them again, giving you more chances at the Loaded Dice.
