The project, which was announced a few days ago, will include a game and an anime series.

The anime series will premiere in Japan this October, and today we get the reveal of the platform for the game, which is PS4. The title will be published by Marvelous despite the fact that Takaki-san left the company a while ago.

Further details about the PS4 game will be announced in September.

To get acquainted with the cast, below you can see the announcement trailer of the anime series, alongside all the slides showcasing the main characters and their rivals. We also get to see the key artwork of the project and the main visual of the anime.

Interestingly, we get to see the silhouettes of two characters who will appear only in the anime. It doesn’t take a genius to notice that they’re Yumi and Asuka from the Senran Kagura series.

The story of Kandagawa Jet Girls is about Jetski racing performed by teams belonging to different schools. We get to see each character in her racing outfit and also in her school uniform, on top of their boats.

As you can see from the visuals, the Senran Kagura DNA certainly hasn’t been diluted as some feared, and Takaki-san hasn’t lost his touch.
