Which Profession Should You Pick in Harry Potter Wizards Unite?
Before we get started on talking about the three different professions that you can choose from in Harry Potter Wizards Unite, just be aware that you won’t be able to access the menu until you reach level six.
You can gain experience by collecting Foundables and completing objectives/missions.
Once you get to level six, you can press on the suitcase icon on the bottom of the screen and then click on the professions icon that’s labeled with a picture of a wand.
From here, you will be given the option to choose between the Auror, Magizoologist, and Professor professions, which you can change at any time.
Aurors are combat veterans and act as the best defense against practitioners of the Dark Arts and are well-versed in offensive magic. If you choose this one, it basically helps you go on the offense when you’re in combat and you’ll deal more damage against Dark Forces.
Magizoologist’s are trained to take care of magical creatures and they are focused on healing and helping their teammates during battle –think of this as a support role that’s there to provide support. They are also very effective against Beasts.
And Professors are highly adept spellcasters who are most effective against Curiosities and focus on using a mix of both of the professions that we mentioned above.
Once you choose a profession, you will then be taken to a skill tree that allows you to learn new abilities and spells.
Picking a profession ultimately comes down to your play style and your preferences, and since you can change them at any time, you shouldn’t feel restricted to just one type of class.
