Leviathans are known as some of the largest creatures that prowl the waters. Following the Arctic Mega Biome, a few new of these creatures have finally surfaced. Here are all of the Leviathans in Subnautica Below Zero.

As with the original game, Leviathans are still classified as large sea creatures that are at the top of their respective food chains. While some of these monsters are fearsome and vicious, not all of them have the same blood lust as their other predatory counterparts. A few are actually harmless and won’t attack, assuming you don’t bother them first.

Subnautica Below Zero has introduced a few new of these creatures in the game. These six additions are:

  • Chelicerate
  • Glow Whale
  • Ice Dragon
  • Ice Worm
  • Shadow Leviathan
  • Ventgarden

All of these sea creatures lurk within the Arctic Mega Biome, with some being more aggressive than others. The hostile Leviathans are the Chelicerate, Ice Worm, and the Shadow Leviathan. You’d want to steer clear from them if ever you come across one, unless you have the tools and skills to take them down.

Since Subnautica below Zero is still in Early Access, we might see some changes in the near future. On top of that, these might not be the only new creatures that make it into the game.

The developers might add in a few more (or even take some out of the said list), depending on how things go along. Whatever the case, we’ll be sure to update this post with more details regarding all of the Leviathans in Subnautica Below Zero.

That’s pretty much everything you need to know about all of the Leviathans in the game. If you’re looking for more tips or details on Subnautica Below Zero, make sure to search for Twinfinite. We’ve got tons of other guides to help you navigate the dangerous waters.
