Where Harry Osborn Is in Spider-Man PS4
Spider-Man’s alter ego, Peter Parker, might be low on friends… but he always had one best friend he could count on! You know, besides the love of his life, MJ. Harry Osborn is back at it again in this latest iteration of the iconic web-slinger. But if you’re playing the game, you’re probably wondering where the heck he is. Here’s where Harry Osborn is during the events of Spider-Man, and an explanation for what happened to him.
In the beginning, the characters will often refer to Harry as he’s abroad for the Summer or some super vague excuse. Basically, he’s supposedly out and about in Paris, as rich young adults do, you know. Well… things aren’t exactly as they first seem…
Needless to say, there are spoilers that follow down below!
After a certain point in the game, you’ll play as MJ as she infiltrates the Osborn penthouse and reads up on Harry’s journal entries. The last entry he has in his journal talks about how he’s very sick. Sick with the exact same disease that claimed his mother’s life, in fact.
And even further than that, though, the post credits scene at the end of Spider-Man lets us know the truth about where he is. We see a shot of Norman walking through some secret lab area he has in his penthouse and he opens up a cryogenic-looking capsule.
Inside is Harry, floating in some goop, with what appears to be symbiotic strands all around. It turns out this tease lets us know two things: Harry ain’t partying it up in Ibiza after all, and he’s going to be this game series’ new Venom.
His father’s just trying to keep him alive to cure the disease, but the road to hell’s paved with good intentions, right? No doubt that this unleashes the famous villain Venom on Manhattan. Check out the scene itself over here.
