Rainbow Six Siege: All Camera Locations for Every Map

This article is over 5 years old and may contain outdated information

Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege is redefining what it means to be a competitive shooter. Instead of focusing on wild gameplay and 360 no scopes, Ubisoft has crafted a tactical title, introducing characters with unique perks that will help combat the enemy team. Destructible walls, drones, and the occasional camera or two add an entirely new depth to the game as well.

With that in mind, it is important for anyone who wants to get good at Rainbow Six Siege to understand the map layouts, especially camera placements. To help, we’ve set up a guide detailing camera locations on each map, as well as things that are unique about their placement and importance.

Bartlett Universtiy is currently excluded since it hasn’t been placed into Rainbow Six Siege’s rotation in months. That was almost the case with Favela as well, but it has been spotted here and there in Rainbow Six Siege’s test servers. We will also be sure to update Clubhouse and Hereford Base reworks soon as well, alongside Operation Para Bellum’s Villa. For now, here are the camera locations for each map in Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege.

Bank

Bank has a total of seven cameras, with three outside and four inside. The outdoor cameras are located at Main Entrance, Garage Ramp, and Back Alley. You’ll find the inside cameras are spread throughout three floors, located at Lobby, Vault Lobby, Office Hallway, and Skylight Stairwell.

Spawn A is the most exposed sightline, as Main Entrance and Garage Ramp almost intersect. Lobby is probably the most important camera to take out, as it will provide your team with the ability to move around more freely.

Border

Border has seven cameras in total, with three outside and four inside. The outdoor cameras are located at Parking Lot Entrance, Parking Lot Alley, and Crash Scene. The indoor cameras are spread throughout two floors, located at East Stairs, Exit Hallway, Main Hallway, and Main Lobby.

It is one of the more interesting maps when it comes to cameras, as the three outdoor ones have a considerable line of sight. Be sure to avoid being spotted by a second camera right after you destroy one of the three outside ones as a result.

Chalet

Chalet features six cameras, with two outside and four inside. The outdoor cameras are located on opposite sides of the map, with Front Yard camera near A spawn and Backyard camera in between B and C.

The indoor cameras are spread throughout the first, second, and basement floors, located at Snowmobile Garage, Library Stairs, Fireplace Hallway, and Main Stairs. Fireplace Hallway is going to be the camera you want to get rid of the most, as it will allow for rotations once destroyed.

Camera Locations in Rainbow Six Siege

Coastline

There are seven cameras that makeup Coastline, with three outside and four inside. The outdoor cameras are located at Ruins (South Promenade), Ruins (Walkway), and Garage Roof. The indoor cameras on the first and second floor, located at Aquarium, 1st-floor Hallway near North Stairs, and 2nd-floor Hallway Intersection.

Similar to Border, your main priority is going to be taking out the three outdoor cameras, especially if you spawn at ruins or poolside, as their line of sight is pretty wide.

Consulate

Consulate has eight cameras in total, with two outside and five inside. The outdoor cameras are located at Garage Way and at the Front Alley near Police Line. The indoor cameras are spread throughout the first, second, and basement floors, located in Garage, Locker Hallway, Front Door, Visa Office, Main Stairs, and Console Front Desk.

Consulate puts a heavy focus on indoor cameras, so you are going to want to take out any of the six you see immediately.

Favela

Favela has a total of seven cameras, with three outside and four inside. The outdoor cameras are located at Street, School Alley, and Back Alley. The indoor cameras are spread throughout three floors, located at Laundry Room, Main Stairs, Stair Hall, and Back Stairs.

As you can see, this map likes to keep its eyes on staircases, especially since most sites are on the higher floors, so be sure to take them out as you ascend.

Camera Locations in Rainbow Six Siege

House

House has a total of six cameras, with two outside and four inside. The outdoor cameras are located at Front Yard and Garden. The indoor cameras are spread throughout the first, second, and basement floors, located at Garage, Training Room, Front Porch Top, and Kitchen.

In order to access most sites, you are going to want to take out Garden, making you less vulnerable when you are on Back Porch Top. Garden also has a sightline for three of the four spawns, with only A out of range.

Camera Locations in Rainbow Six Siege

Kafe Dostoyevsky

Kafe has a total of six cameras, with two outside and four inside. The outdoor cameras appear at West Main Street and Park Alley. The indoor cameras are spread throughout three floors, located at Cold Room Corridor, Reading Room Corridor, Bakery, and Cocktail Lounge.

A key thing to remember about Kafe cameras is that the majority of them are located at intersections, expanding their view to multiple hallways.

Kanal

Kanal has a total of seven cameras, with three outside and four inside. The outdoor cameras are located at Docks, Construction, and Sailboats. The indoor cameras are spread throughout three floors, located at Boat Supplies Hallway, Coast Guard Hall, Maps Office Hallway, and Control Room Hallway.

Sailboats tends to give players the most trouble, as it is able to see players from a ridiculous distance, pretty much spanning to all three spawn points.

Oregon

Oregon has a total of seven cameras, with three outside and four inside. Outside cameras are located at Junkyard, Parking, and Construction Site. The indoor cameras are spread throughout the first, second, and basement floors, located at Dining Hall Corridor, Lobby, Armory Corridor, and Rear Stage.

Depending on the site, Armory Corridor and Lobby should be taken out back to back, as the two are considerably close to one another.

Camera Locations in Rainbow Six Siege

Plane

Plane is the smallest map with only five cameras, all located inside. They are spread out through three floors, located at Cargo Hold, Luggage Hold, Front Hallway, Cabin Staff, and Press Section A.

This one really depends on where you enter. I have always favored going through Cockpit, so I tend to take out Cabin Staff or drop through the hatch and get rid of Front Hallway depending on the situation.

Camera Locations in Rainbow Six Siege

Skyscraper

Skyscraper has a total of seven cameras, with three outside and four inside. The outdoor cameras are located at the top of Ventilation Units, West Garden, and East Garden. Indoor cameras are spread throughout two floors, located at House Lobby, House Stairs, Restaraunt, and the Hallway attached to Main Stairs.

If you approach from the East and enter through House, you may need to take out four cameras (House Stairs, House Lobby, East Garden, and West Garden), depending upon the site’s location.

Camera Locations in Rainbow Six Siege

Tower

Tower has a total of seven cameras, all of which are inside. The indoor cameras are spread throughout two floors, located at West Balcony Hallway, Traditional Hallway, Fountain, Company Reception Tower, Gallery Main, Exhibit Hallway, and Center Atrium. Tower is unique in the sense that you won’t have to worry about any cameras around spawns.

That being said, Tower is also easily traversed thanks to an elevator shaft and scaling the sides of the building, so be sure to pay attention to where you are so you can take out the relevant cameras, especially with four of them on floor two.

Camera Locations in Rainbow Six Siege

Yacht

Yacht has a total of eight cameras, with two outside and six inside. The outdoor cameras are located on the Front Deck and Spa Deck. The indoor cameras are spread throughout four floors, located at Engine Hallway, Back Stairs, Front Stairs, Bedroom Hallway, Lounge, Helipad Entrance,  Yacht can be a tricky one when it comes to cameras, as the cold temperature freezes them over, making them harder to see.

Cameras that are placed in ceiling corners, like Lounge, are particularly deceptive as frost blends into the white wall.

Camera Locations in Rainbow Six Siege

Theme Park

Theme Park has a total of eight cameras, with three outside and five inside. The outdoor cameras are located almost exactly at each spawn, Guest Info near A, Teacups near B, and Service Entry near C.

Indoor cameras are spread throughout two floors, located at Joint Corridor, Gallery, Arcade Entrance, Haunted Stairs, and Rail Platform. Be sure to check your surroundings if you plan to go in through the roof, as the triangle sightline results in a fair amount of range.
