Pokemon Ultra Moon: How to Get Marshadow

How to Get Marshadow in Pokemon Ultra Moon

Recommended Videos

Marshadow is the Fighting/Ghost Type Mythical Pokemon that was introduced to the series as part of Generation 7. Therefore, the base Sun and Moon games were the first time we saw it and could add it to our Pokedex. For Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, it returned and, as the only Fighting/Ghost Type Pokemon available, it is very useful against Psychic type Pokemon, which tend to be quite tough in the games. Here’s everything you need to know about how you go about getting Marshadow in Pokemon Ultra Moon.

Unfortunately, if you’re looking to add Marshadow to your game now, it’s not as easy as it once was. Back in late 2017, the Pokemon Company ran a promotion which allowed you to get a card from retailers that allowed you to add the Pokemon to your Ultra Moon game. However, that promotion ended long ago, so you are no longer able to lay your hands on the code.

The only way to get the mythical Pokemon in Ultra Moon now is for you to find someone who did redeem the code last year. They need to have the Marshadow in their game, and crucially, be willing to trade it with you. Of course, if your friend trades their Marshadow with you, then will no longer be able to use it in their game, so you might have some issues when it comes to persuading them. However, since that is the only way to get the Pokemon in your game, you’ll simply have to persuade someone. Maybe you can offer them a rare Pokemon of your own to sweeten the deal.

That’s all you need to know about how to get Marshadow in Pokemon Ultra Moon. For tips and tricks more on the game, be sure to search for Twinfinite.
