The remastered RPG title will “include content and characters brought to the West for the first time.” Tales of Vesperia originally released on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in 2008.

Not much other information was given about the remaster, including whether it would be appearing on other platforms. While not officially announced, Bandai Namco Brazil replied in a now-deleted tweet that Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition would also be coming to PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Steam. The title was also made available for pre-order through Amazon for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch.

Bandai Namco Europe confirmed the information on Twitter by saying the remaster would coming to all platforms, would contain “content of the PS3 version for the first time in Europe,” and feature both Japanese and English voice overs. The trailer below, released sometime after Microsoft’s E3 presentation ended, also confirms the game for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Steam.

Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition is launching sometime in winter 2018 with no exact date announced yet. Check out the trailer containing cinematic scenes and a few clips of gameplay.
