State of Decay 2: How to Get Cars

How to Get Cars in State of Decay 2

Recommended Videos

State of Decay 2 features an expansive open world filled with all sorts dangers lurking around every corner. While you can choose to travel by foot, you can actually get yourself a vehicle. Having your own means of transport will help you travel around much faster and safer, too. That being said, some players might be wondering where to get cars in the game.

It’s worth noting that you won’t start out with your own vehicle. Instead, you’ll have to look for one yourself. Open your map and look for any car icons you might have missed. If you can’t see any, head to the nearest lookout point (which are marked by binoculars on your map). Climb to the top of the lookout point and use LT to uncover all of the question marks that appear on your map. If you’re lucky, an icon for where you can find cars should pop up.

You can then head on over to your newfound car and take it out for a spin. However, it’s worth noting that some cars may need repairing or fuel before you can start using them. It’s always best to carry around some of these supplies, just in case.

That’s all you need to know about getting cars in State of Decay 2. For more tips and tricks on the game, check out our extensive wiki!
