Where to Find Apples & What They Do in Fortnite Battle Royale

Recommended Videos

Fortnite Battle Royale’s 4.2 update has finally arrived, bringing with it a powerful new Burst Assault Rifle, a bunch of balancing changes, and also, apples! Yes, you read that right. No, they’re not weapons. These are actually consumables that’ll come in especially handy after an intense firefight with an opponent. So here’s where to find apples and what they do in Fortnite.

First off, let’s run you through exactly what they do in Fortnite. These consumables will grant you 5 health and take about as much time to consume as the Hop Rocks introduced at the start of Season 4. What’s more, you can eat apples and restore your health all the way back up to 100, not like those pesky bandages that only work up to 75 health.

As for where to find this handy fruit in Battle Royale, you’re going to want to look around the bottom of certain trees. They’re the ones with the incredibly thin trunks and the green, round, tops. This fruit’s an uncommon spawn, though, so don’t expect to see them at the bottom of every tree.

That’s about everything you need to know to find apples and what they do in Fortnite Battle Royale. For more on the game, be sure to check out our ever-expanding wiki.
