Overwatch Payload Tour Will Celebrate Cosplayers at Expos and Cons This Year

Blizzard is taking Overwatch on a nationwide tour this year to celebrate the game, but especially the community’s cosplay. The tour’s first stop will be next week at PAX East, with the rest of the events occurring at expos and cons from June to October.

Non-cosplayers will be able to participate in the Payload Tour as well. There will be a selection of Overwatch weapons (dummy of course) available for people to hold while getting a 360-degree photo of themselves inside the game’s maps.

Each event will have its own pin for participants to collect as well.

The Overwatch Payload Tour will be stopping at the following locations this year:

  • PAX East: April 5–8
  • E3: June 12–14
  • Anime Expo: July 5–8
  • San Diego Comic-Con: July 19–22
  • Dragon Con: August 30 – September 3
  • New York Comic Con: October 4–7

Following PAX East , Blizzard will also be hosting a viewing party for Overwatch League in Boston at The Greatest Bar.
