Nintendo Labo: How Much it Costs

How Much Nintendo Labo Costs

Recommended Videos

Nintendo has always proven to be thinking outside of the box, and it’s continued in those footsteps with the reveal of Nintendo Labo. Combining your Nintendo Switch’s Joy-Con, and what are essentially bits of fancy cardboard, Labo is a “play and build” experience aimed primarily at kids. That doesn’t mean if you’re an adult you can’t have fun, though. I mean, who doesn’t want to stomp around their living room in a cardboard robot outfit? I know I’m not alone. Still, with new ways to play comes a new price tag to consider, so here’s how much Nintendo Labo costs.

The price of Labo comes down to which of the two different ‘kits’ available at launch you decide to pick up.

For the Variety Kit, you’re looking at a price of $69.99. It includes the following:

  • Toy-Con RC Car (x 2)
  • Toy-Con Fishing Rod
  • Toy-Con House
  • Toy-Con Motorbike
  • Toy-Con Piano
  • Variety Kit Software

If the Variety Kit just isn’t doing it for you, there’s always the Robot Kit. It costs a little bit more, though, coming in at $79.99. It includes the following:

  • Robot Kit Software
  • Wearable Robot Suit

All of the different bits that come inside these kits, of course, have to be built before you can use them. Just a heads-up in case that’s a dealbreaker for you.
