Equipping Gear in Injustice 2

Recommended Videos

As you progress through the story of Injustice 2, you’ll unlock new pieces of gear and equipment for various characters. Gear can also be obtained through Mother Boxes, which can be accessed through the Brother Eye Vault option found in the main menu.

To equip your characters with the new equipment, simply select the Customize Character option in the main menu. This will bring up the full roster of character names, and the ones with new unlocked gear will have their names highlighted. Choose the character you want to customize, and you’ll have access to slots for their head gear, arms, chest, legs, and weapons. Choose the slot you want, and then select whichever piece of gear you want to equip. However, do note that all gear have a level requirement, which means that your character needs to be at that required level before you can actually equip it. Characters can gain experience points whenever you use them in versus fights.

Once your character is at the appropriate level, you’ll be able to give them new equipment to raise their stats, and make them even more powerful.
