Zelda Breath of the Wild: How to Get Fire Arrows

How to Get Fire Arrows – The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild

Recommended Videos

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of thew Wild is finally here, and in the series’ tradition you’ll be collecting a ton of items along your adventure. One of those items is Fire Arrows, which will become more plentiful as you progress, but can be incredibly useful early on. Luckily, it’s fairly easy to get them near the beginning of the game.

Shortly after you start Breath of the Wild and emerge from the ruins, you’ll talk to an old man. To the East of him you can find the Temple of Time, and closer to the temple you’ll see a skull-like structure housing a few Bokoblins. Dispatch the creatures however you wish and you’ll find a chest inside the skull containing five Fire Arrows.

These handy items are more useful than ever in Breath of the Wild. They, of course, function as stronger projectile weapons for Link, but you can also use them to light a torch or warm yourself up when exploring the freezing northern areas of the game. As you get further in Breath of the Wild you’ll be able to purchase Fire Arrows from vendors in villagers or from wandering merchants.
