Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony was released for Japan just last month, but NIS America has announced that the game will be coming to western audiences later this year. During the company’s press event over the past weekend, they announced that the game will be released in North America on September 26 and in Europe on September 29.
Killing Harmony will feature a completely new cast of characters and story that’s separate from the plots of Danganronpa 1 and 2. However, there will be connections between the games. Most notably, the infamous evil bear Monokuma will make a return to wreak havoc on the lives of new students who have found themselves caught up in yet another twisted experiment. It should be interesting to see how the story picks up from here, considering the arc from Danganronpa 1 and 2 was wrapped up in the anime series.
Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony is set to be released for the PS4 and PS Vita on September 26. What are your thoughts on the game so far? Let us know in the comments down below.
