Titanfall 2, EA, announcement

Titanfall 2 Will Show Up at E3 with a Mech That’ll Destroy LA

Please don't go on a rampage...

E3 2016 begins basically tomorrow, and all the big games are in full swing. While games like Horizon make their presence known with posters, EA is going the extra mile for Respawn’s Titanfall 2. The sequel to 2014’s multiplayer mech shooter is getting a Titan to show up at the event, as Kotaku editor-in-chief Stephen Totilo showed us with his Vine.

The Titan (it’s unclear which specific one it is) is currently under construction, but it’s a safe bet to say that it’ll definitely be ready by Monday at the latest. EA and Titanfall 2 will be at E3, and also at the EA Play event which goes on tomorrow. They haven’t said what all to expect of the presentation, but it’s safe to say that multiplayer will be there, and hopefully some single player content as well. Or rather, here’s hoping that it’ll be shown and attendees won’t be spending their time running from their lives as someone hijacks the Titans and goes on a rampage.

We’ll be at E3 this year, so we’ll report back on Titanfall 2 and the other games shown this week.
