Reasons Why Final Fantasy XV: Royal Edition Is Worth the Upgrade

Top 25 Best Video Games 2016 Final Fantasy XV

Final Fantasy XV’s sprawling world of Eos was a treat to explore in the initial release back at the end of 2016. Well, turns out there was a little bit more where that came from that Square Enix opted not to show us the first time around.

It actually comes in the form of an all-new dungeon known as the Insomnia City ruins. We also know there will be a few new bosses, one of which we assume will be waiting for us in this new area of the map to explore.

This new dungeon isn’t on its own in making its debut in the Royal Edition of Final Fantasy XV. Fans will also be free to explore the body of water between Cape Caem and Altissia thanks to the now-controllable Royal Vessel. It remains to be seen exactly how much players will be able to uncover in these new areas, but if you’re itching for more Final Fantasy XV, the call of new areas may be too much to turn down.
