Unanswered Questions We Still Have After Microsoft’s E3 2018 Conference

Speaking of new studios, Phil Spencer also announced during the E3 2018 conference that they’ve formed a new developing studio called The Initiative. The studio is based in Santa Monica, and it’s being led by the former head of studio from Crystal Dynamics, Darrell Gallagher.
