Halo Wars 2: How to Rank and Level Up Fast

Halo Wars 2 has an experience point system common to many other multiplayer games out there. As you gain experience points, you’ll level up your profile and get new titles and rewards. Leveling up in Halo Wars 2 is quite easy; just essentially play the game and you’ll eventually earn enough experience to increase your profile rank. Keep in mind that your profile rank is not indicative of your skill, and just because you’re a high level doesn’t mean you’ll necessarily be stuck playing against very difficult opponents.

If you want to level up fast though, you’ll want to make sure you complete the game’s daily and weekly challenges. These challenges can be found in nearly all of the game’s menu tabs, and will task you with completing certain objectives within the game’s multiplayer modes. You might need to jump into Blitz, play a game against the AI, or other different challenges, but completing them is worth it as you’ll earn a large EXP bonus as well as some free Blitz packs.

If you’re got here wondering where the the actual ranked play system is, you’ll need to wait a bit longer for that. The game will not launch with ranked play of any sort, but developers have stated that it will be coming soon after launch, as they want to iron out any bugs or imbalances via unranked play. Consider this a pre-season of sorts.
