Blair Witch

Yes, the indie cult horror film that went on to be remembered as one of the spookiest movies out there is getting a new video game adaptation and it’s being developed by the folks over at Bloober Team –the same guys who worked on Layers of Fear.

And similar to their past titles, Blair Witch is a psychological, story-driven horror game inspired by the film that will apparently study your reaction to fear and stress. You also get to explore some haunted woods and other locations with your trusty dog by your side.

And I will say this right now: if anything happens to the dog while playing this game, then I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Blair Witch launches for Xbox One and PC on Aug 30. It’s a strange time for a scary game like this to release but hey, we’ll take it.
