How to Increase Health in Prey
Fighting off the Typhon on Talos I isn’t going to be an easy task. Whether they’re blending in as a real-life object, or hunting you down, they’ll find a way to surprise you and hack away at your health. While you’ll always find a Medkit or some food to help restore your health, you can reduce your chances of coming to an untimely end by increasing your health. Here’s how you do it in Prey.
To increase health in Prey, all you need to do is make your way to the Neuromods tab. You can get to this by pressing on your DualShock 4’s touchpad, or Xbox One controller’s View button and using R1/ RB to scroll across.
From here, you’ll want to select the Security Neuromods tree and choose Conditioning. This Neuromod will increase your hit points to 115 and stamina to 105. While this is certainly handy, that tiny increase isn’t going to help you out later in the game. Therefore, you’ll want to invest in the Toughness I, II, and III Neuromods that follow Conditioning. They cost three, five, and eight Neuromods and boost your hit points to 150, 200, and 300 respectively.
