As soon as you get to the Base, begin to use your Tether to take down smaller military items. Things like power stations and small satellites are easy to pull down with a singe Tether, so you’ll have no problem. You’ll want to take out about half of the targets (indicated on the left-side of your screen) so that the Base calls for backup. That will summon some tanks which will make the rest of this a breeze.
