Everything You Need to Know About Fortnite’s Survive the Storm Update

In addition to bringing more powerful undead foes than other storms, Mutant Storms will also come more frequently during the Survive the Storm game mode. The current dynamic between night and day in Fortnite is that husks are often caught sleeping during the day, but a few may start to roam a bit more freely at night. Even then, there’s no real reason to fear the nighttime. Survive the Storm changes things.

Mutant Storms will kick up at night, which force you to get all your scavenging and building done during the day. So keep your eye on the sky because once the sun starts to set you may want to make your way back to the fort before it’s too late.
