FIFA has just unveiled its selection of the 11 best players for the year of 2016, and to celebrate, EA has just released the first wave of Team of the Year players into FIFA 17’s Ultimate Team mode. While it’s worth noting that only the three forwards – Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Luis Suarez – are currently available in packs, the rest of the highly coveted starting 11 should be making their way to packs very soon.

Of course, many Ultimate Team players in FIFA 17 will already be pretty familiar with Team of the Year and how it all works, but for any newcomers, you may be wondering how you get can your hands on some. It’s actually incredibly simple, though it will cost you a lot in FIFA Points or Ultimate Team Coins.

All you need to do is make your way over to the Store option from the main Ultimate Team menu, and use RB/ R1 to make your way over to the Promo Packs section. Here, you’ll find a selection of different packs. The Rare Player Packs have already all gone, but players can still test their luck with Prime Gold Players Packs, and Premium Gold Players Packs. If you’ve got the money to grab one of these, you’ll definitely want to do it quick. That’s because there are a limited number of these packs made available at a time. With highly coveted Team of the Year Players now available in FIFA 17, you can bet your bottom dollar they’re gonna go fast.

There’s no special secret way to boost your chances of getting a Team of the Year player in FIFA 17, unfortunately. Although, if you have the money in your Ultimate Team, you can try and buy one off the marketplace from someone else. Be warned, though, these are likely going to be incredibly expensive.
