Fallout 4 Wasteland Workshop, what's new, DLC

First off, you don’t need to worry about not being able to enjoy this new bout of content if you’ve just bought the game. Wasteland Workshop focuses on bringing new options and features to the settlement part of Fallout 4, and so there are no quests, enemies to face off against, or anything else that might impede your enjoyment if you’ve only just picked up the game.

What you may find if you’re new, however, is that you may not have many of the crafting materials required to create many new items in your settlement. You’ll want to make sure to go searching the wasteland and picking up anything and everything that you see. Almost everything will come in handy one way or another.
