How to Make Them Fight
Now that your arena is all built up and ready for your contestants you’ll need to get the cages and platforms into place. Cages, as you’ve probably already guessed from capturing a creature in one, are used to contain whatever beast of the wasteland you’ve acquired. The platforms which can be found in the Arena section of the Cages category of the crafting menu.
In order to have a caged creature face off against a settler or another creature, you’ll need to position your cage opposite the other cage or the platform that you’re going to assign settler to. Settlers assigned to either the Red or Blue platform will become hostile to one another, as well as any tamed captured creatures.
Now that you’ve got everything in place, you’ll need to be able to let your creatures free from their cages. To let your beast out of its cage, you’ll need to turn the power supply off to the cage. The easiest way to do this is to build a switch and place this in between the power supply and your cage. Now you can open and close the door to the cage as and when you wish.
Once all of this is done, turn the switches off, assign whatever settlers you want to the platforms and let the fight commence. We’re putting all our bottlecaps on the Deathclaw!
