Chain Your Kills

For those wanting to maximize your Destiny Strike Scoring, it’s important that you don’t just kill one enemy at a time, but actually chain your kills between targets. Following the same idea as achieving a double or triple kill in the Crucible, players can obtain streaks by killing multiple targets within a second or two of each other. These not only add more points to your overall score but allow you to collect new medals such as the Rainbow medal.

Always make sure to switch out between weapons and target groups at a time. Try to shoot stragglers first so they don’t interrupt your kill streaks when fighting. This also goes for instances when two factions are fighting against each other, as you’ll typically want to kill one group first so they don’t end up shooting enemies you need for a Secondary Streak while they’re low on health.
