How to Unlock the Voidwalker Subclass in Destiny 2
You actually start Destiny 2 with the Voidwalker subclass if you decide to play as a Warlock. But, after getting literally kicked out of the tower by Ghaul as he takes over the Traveler, you lose that beautiful purple light. Don’t worry, though, you can get it back.
As you progress through Destiny 2, take some time to do a bit of exploration and complete some Public Events. There’s a chance that you can get a relic that resembles a bond. Collecting this triggers the Voidwalker quest, which is a pretty straight forward one.
All you have to do in the Voidwalker quest is charge the relic by killing enemies and doing events. Since you’re going to be doing that anyway, this should unlock naturally. Once that’s all complete, you’ll be invited to the Shard of the Traveler. When you get there, kill the nearby enemies, then interact to gain the new powers, you’re not done yet, though. Some pools of light will appear that will instantly charge your super. Use them to rain down void bombs until all your enemies are defeated.
That’s all there is to it. Now you have a brand-new Warlock subclass to use in Destiny 2.
