Dark Souls III: How to Join the Farron Watchdogs Covenant

How to become a wolf.

The Farron Watchdogs is a new covenant introduced in Dark Souls III. To join it, you must first find the necessary covenant item and equip it. After arriving at Farron’s Keep, while facing the large door that takes you to the Abyss Watchers, turn right and look out for three slime enemies crowding at the base of a ladder.

Kill the slimes and proceed up the ladder to reach the top of a large tower. Head inside the tower to find a new bonfire and a wolf lying in the corner. Interact with the wolf and pledge your allegiance to receive the Farron Watchdogs covenant item. Now, all you have to do is open your menu and equip the item, and you’ll officially be part of the covenant.

You can also return to the wolf at any time to deepen your allegiance with the covenant.
