This is probably one of the most powerful PvP weapons introduced with the Dark Souls III DLC, as it has incredible range and great follow up moves. Friede’s Great Scythe is fantastic for both dual wielding or magic users, giving them enough range to push opponents away. One of the best benefits of the Great Scythe comes from its ability to zone opponents.

Magic users haven’t really had the best luck with weapons to help buff their builds, but this is one that every mage should pick up. While it can’t be infused or buffed, it’s still a great choice for the PvE minded player as well.
