Farming Bosses Is Easier than Ever

Whereas in past games in which you didn’t always have nicely placed checkpoints right outside boss arenas, Borderlands 3 rectifies that mistake by putting checkpoints outside almost every boss arena in the game. This means that farming bosses in Borderlands 3 is a lot easier than before.

While we don’t necessarily recommend farming bosses early on in your first playthrough (you’ll naturally get better guns as you play), this can come in very handy later when you’re trying to get legendary drops from specific bosses. Especially when you start new game plus.

To farm bosses in Borderlands 3, just make sure you tag the checkpoint outside the boss room, kill the boss, log out, log back in, and they should respawn.
