PS Plus Free Games Predictions

Humble Monthly a hat in time

After the larger game, usually a smaller indie title makes the PS Plus list every month as well, and for August our prediction pick is A Hat in Time by developer Gears for Breakfast.

A Hat in Time is a platformer that is inspired stylistically by early Nintendo 64 platformers such as Super Mario 64 and Banjo-Kazooie. In it you play as Hat Kid who is trying to return home by collecting the Time Pieces to repower her spaceship.

It’s a super cute and very popular indie game that would be sure to please PS4 owners with approximately 25,000 overwhelmingly positive reviews on Steam.

A Hat in Time also released on PS4 back in 2017, so it’s been an customary amount of time for Sony to start considering it for PS Plus based on its indie choices in the past.

Make sure to check back with Twinfinite for Sony’s official reveal of the two PS Plus games on PS4 for August 2020 to see if any of our predictions were correct.
