How to Get the Unicorn Mount in Assassin’s Creed Origins

Traveling around Ancient Egypt on the back of a camel or horse is cool and all, but it doesn’t quite match galloping across the desert on a mythical unicorn, does it? Here’s what you need to know to get the unicorn mount in Assassin’s Creed Origins.

First things first, you’ll need to make sure that you’ve got some Helix Credits handy. You’ll get 200 of these for completing the first few story missions in Assassin’s Creed Origins. After that, you’ll have to pay for Helix Credits, meaning you’ll have to splash your hard-earned cash should you want that unicorn.

Once you’ve got 500 Helix Credits (which can be bought for $5), you’ll want to access the Store in Assassin’s Creed Origins. This can be found from the game’s main menu. Once you’ve loaded this up, head to the Gear option and you’ll find your new mount ready and waiting.

When you’ve purchased the unicorn for those precious Helix Credits, load up your game as usual. You should now be able to change your mount in the options menu as you normally would and you’ll now be able to venture around the desert on a majestic and magical creature.

That’s all you need to know to get the unicorn mount in Assassin’s Creed Origins. For more on the game, be sure to check out our ever-expanding wiki.
