As promised, Ubisoft is releasing yet another big update for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, which is probably the best entry in the series since Black Flag.

This update brings about quite a few new additions and changes as well, with the headlining feature being the New Game Plus mode that fans have likely been looking forward to for quite some time. If you’ve been itching to jump back into the story to experience it again, but don’t want to deal with leveling your character from scratch, this could be worth checking out once the update drops.

Players will be able to retain all crafting materials, gear, ship upgrades, spear upgrades, mounts, and abilities in New Game Plus.

In addition to that, the game’s photo mode is getting 10 new frames, along with other accessibility options.

If you weren’t too happy with the way Assassin’s Creed Odyssey forced your character into a romantic relationship in the Shadow Heritage chapter, Ubisoft has tweaked the ending to that episode as well.

In the patch notes, it states that the dialogue and ending cutscene have been adjusted, so players will have more control over how Alexios or Kassandra handle that situation.

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is now available for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
